Our Engagements
Three ways to work
with Reedwild.
Each engagement is self-contained, priced transparently, and produces something physical. Choose the level of involvement that fits your household's situation.
Back to HomepageHow We Work
Our methodology, in plain terms.
Before any engagement begins, we have a preliminary conversation — usually by telephone — to understand the household's situation. From that conversation, we suggest which engagement would be most appropriate and issue a written scope document.
Work proceeds at a pace the household is comfortable with. Visits are scheduled with the family; none are unannounced. All work takes place on-site. Progress is shared throughout rather than held until the end.
Payment is staged. For the Paper Tidy, half is paid on confirmation and half on completion. For the longer engagements, the total is split into agreed instalments that align with delivery milestones.
Initial conversation
We learn about your household and suggest the appropriate engagement.
Written scope
You receive a clear document before any work or payment.
On-site visits
All work is done in your home, at your pace.
Physical delivery
Every engagement ends with something you can hold and keep.
Engagement 01
Estate Receipt & Paper Tidy
RM 340
A short two-visit engagement that focuses on the practical paperwork of a household: gathering, sorting, and labelling everyday administrative receipts and correspondence into clean folders. The household receives a finished folder system and a simple written guide for keeping it tidy thereafter. The work is purely administrative.
What is included
- Two home visits scheduled at your convenience
- Sorting and labelling of receipts and correspondence
- Finished folder system handed over at end of second visit
- Written maintenance guide for ongoing upkeep
How it proceeds
First visit — assessment and sorting
We survey the household's paper situation and begin the initial sort — separating categories, removing duplicates, setting aside anything requiring a decision.
Second visit — labelling and completion
We complete the labelling, install the folder system, and walk through it with the household. The written guide is delivered at this point.
Duration: 2 visits · Best for: households with a manageable volume of administrative papers

All written documents and printed materials are reviewed with the household before being finalised. Corrections are welcomed.
